Cie\u013eom p\u00f4stu nie je zhodi\u0165 kilogramy, alebo zlep\u0161i\u0165 svoj zdravotn\u00fd stav, aj ke\u010f to s\u00fa jeho ved\u013eaj\u0161ie benefity, hlavn\u00fdch cie\u013eom je pribl\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 sa k Bohu.<\/p>\n<p>Pre\u010do sa post\u00edme?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Po\u010das p\u00f4stu a modlitby <strong>zrete\u013enej\u0161ie vid\u00edme v duchovnom svete<\/strong>. Daniel a jeho traja priatelia v\u0161ak odmietli jes\u0165 po\u0161kvrnen\u00e9 jedlo a namiesto toho \u017eiadali, aby mohli jes\u0165 iba zeleninu a pi\u0165 vodu. Nesk\u00f4r, v 10. kapitole knihy, ke\u010f bol Daniel zarm\u00faten\u00fd \u0165a\u017ekou situ\u00e1ciou Izraela, rozhodol sa pre 21 d\u0148ov\u00fd \u010diasto\u010dn\u00fd p\u00f4st, ke\u010f po\u010das 3 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov nejedol \u017eiaden chutn\u00fd pokrm, m\u00e4so a nepil v\u00edno. Na konci p\u00f4stu priniesol Bo\u017e\u00ed anjel odpove\u010f na jeho modlitby.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel n\u00e1m tu d\u00e1va pr\u00edklad toho, ako sa posti\u0165, aj ke\u010f n\u00e1m r\u00f4zne okolnosti nedovo\u013euj\u00fa, aby sme sa na ur\u010den\u00fd \u010das vzdali jedla \u00faplne. Je to typ p\u00f4stu, kedy nestr\u00e1came silu, ale vzd\u00e1vame sa vec\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1me radi, aby sme uprednostnili veci Bo\u017eieho kr\u00e1\u013eovstva. V takomto nastaven\u00ed prich\u00e1dzame pred P\u00e1na, aby sme sa k nemu viac pribl\u00ed\u017eili, viac ho spozn\u00e1vali, po\u010d\u00favali jeho hlas a nechali sa n\u00edm vies\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel si zvolil d\u013a\u017eku tak\u00e9hoto p\u00f4stu na 21 dn\u00ed (d\u013a\u017eka \u010diasto\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u00f4stu v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 aj in\u00e1, 7 dn\u00ed, 14 dn\u00ed).
